Engaging White Men As Full Diversity Partners
Speaker: Tim McNichol, White Men As Full Diversity Partners

Diversity efforts today often focus on people of color, women, and other community members. One unintentional consequence of this framework is that heterosexual, white men do not typically recognize their place in the diversity movement. As a result they also rarely look to other white men for diversity learning or support for diversity agendas. Our luncheon keynote speaker, Tim McNichol, will lead this workshop. This interactive session from our a is designed for all people to jointly explore the often-unexamined potential for white men to become full diversity partners.
